Basic Couple’s Program

Get started with the basic essential relationship skills you need to start seeing change in your relationship.

program details

  • Couples generally attend one session each week until program completion. Sessions are typically on a consistent day and time.

Each session is scheduled for 50 minutes. Longer sessions can be booked with prior coordination if necessary. Additional rates apply.

The typical program length is 24 weeks (6 months) to complete all four phases. Time may be shorter or longer based on the needs of the couple.

Additional sessions may be added based on the needs of the couple and depending on the availability of the therapist.

Standard rates apply for any additional sessions.

  • Couples will pay for each session as they attend them.

    Each session fee is $100.

Couples will be required to have a credit card on file that will be charged at the beginning of the session.

    No insurance is accepted.

  • Each week couples will be given “enhancement activities” to support the work they are doing in session.

This coursework will expedite the change process and keep the couple focused on progressing throughout the week.

If you’re not ready for coursework throughout the week, no problem. I will meet you where you are and go from there.

  • Couples will have access to dozens of online course videos that will review what they are learning in each session. Couples are encouraged to reference the online course material throughout the week to increase their understanding and focus their efforts.

  • Couples can go as fast or as slow as they feel is appropriate for meeting their goals.

Course length can be adjusted to meet your individual needs.

  • Couples are free to cancel or withdraw from the program for any reason at any time with no obligation or penalty.

There are no contracts or agreements for the length or duration of treatment.
